Behavior Policy:
- Orion expects all clients and instructors to behave with mutual respect at all times. On track behavior must be professional. Any disagreements must be handled in a calm and respectful manner. Swearing, racism, or discrimination is strictly prohibited. If the client's language, behavior, or on track ethics are unacceptable, Orion reserves the right to end the session immediately without reimbursement or rescheduling.

Correspondence Policy:
- All questions or applications must go through the Orion Racing School email address ([email protected]). All inquiries using other forms of communication (personal email, chat programs, in game chat) will be ignored. This is to ensure that all of our instructors are on the same page, so we can better serve your needs.

Scheduling Agreement & Policy:
- For live coaching sessions, Orion will correspond with the client to agree upon a time and date for the scheduled session. If the client fails to show up at the agreed upon time without providing 24 hours of notice, they will forfeit their appointment, and no refund will be given.

The default length of a live session is 1 hour, although extended sessions may be offered at the client's request. If the client is late to the session, Orion has no obligation to extend the session beyond the agreed upon end time.

Rescheduling Policy:
- If required, the client must notify Orion ([email protected]) a minimum of 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. Failure to do so will result in a forfeited appointment and there will be no refund.

Application Response Policy:
- Orion will send a response within 48 hours of receiving an application.

Payment Policy:
- All transactions of funds will be done through Pay Pal.
- All prices are listed in USD (US dollars).
- A replay or live session will only take place after the Orion Race School has received payment in full. No exceptions.

Personal Information Privacy Policy:
- Orion will never disclose the following personal information publicly without the written consent of the client:
    - Email Address
    - Phone Number
    - Home Address
    - IP Address
    - Transaction History
    - Pay Pal information

Instructor Policy:
- Orion will choose the instructor for each client. This choice will be based on communication, time zones, car choice, and skill level.

Performance Policy:
- Orion cannot guarantee the results of the Orion Racing School. Performance results may vary.
